Description

Constructed in 1729 by the important Dal Lago family, who in 1822 were conferred noble status by the Austrian Empire with the title “de Sternfeld”.

This elegant building includes baroque and neo-classical features including decorative interior elements. Formerly it housed the county and magistrate's courts and now the offices of the Justice of the Peace and the Income Tax Authority.

In addition to the main building housing public services, there are also two accessory structures facing onto Piazzetta Cesare Battisti (at the “back” relative to the main building entrance), originally used as storerooms and stables.
